Abstract
Rust Statistics is read by players selecting a server for the next wipe.
Readers arrive to compare population, wipe schedules and server settings. Placements reach them while they decide where to play.
Placements available
- A featured entry for a server on the pages used to choose one: the server directory, servers just wiped, and the regional and play-style rankings.
- A banner on the front page or across the site.
- A sponsored slot on the force wipe countdown, a page consulted before each force wipe.
Terms
Placements are sold by the month. Every paid placement is marked as sponsored. Payment does not affect the order of any list or the figures shown. Enquiries go to hello@ruststatistics.org and should state the server or product and the intended dates; the reply sets out the options and current rates.
Appendix AQuestions
A.1Does paying for a placement change where a server appears in a list?
No. Paid placements are labelled as sponsored and are kept separate from the ranked order. The order of every list is set by the recorded data, not by payment.
A.2How are sponsored placements marked on Rust Statistics?
Every paid placement carries a sponsored label wherever it appears. Readers can therefore tell a paid entry from an editorial one at a glance.
A.3How do I enquire about advertising on Rust Statistics?
Write to hello@ruststatistics.org with the server or product and the dates you have in mind. The reply gives the available placements and current monthly rates.
